Our privacy policy explains in detail how we collect and manage your information. In addition, our mobile application provides you strong controls  for what information you share with your employer and with Safeter.

Your data will never be sold to anyone, and you can delete it at any time by requesting this from your employer or from Safeter at privacy@safeter.work.

Your employer provides initial basic personal data about you like name, phone number, email, and primary office so that Safeter can build an initial profile. Safeter then collects health information from you such as your general health status and if you have COVID-19. 

Your employer can enable certain limited administrators of the Safeter system to see your health results related to COVID-19, to see if you have tested positive or negative for Covid-19, and if you have been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Similarly, select Safeter administrators have access to your data only to the extent required for system maintenance and to ensure the application is working properly.

We use sophisticated security procedures to make it extremely difficult for anyone to access your health data in an unauthorized manner and to link together any information about you to your identity.

No. We don’t use your data for any marketing activities, and we have never and will never sell your data. Your data is your data, you own it. If you would ever like your data deleted please contact your employer.

Your profile is linked to your name, email, and phone. Based on the level of consent you have provided to Safeter, your profile will be linked to your COVID-19 health results.
